Thank you for your booking - we are excited as you for your 2021 adventure!
Below is a step-by-step guide to our booking process.
1) First step, we will check your driver license and will accept your booking request once this has been done.
2) Then Jo or Ian will be in touch to agree a payment plan with you.
3) Once this is done you'll receive a booking confirmation via email with details of your payment schedule, and your itinerary. Please check that the booking confirmation is correct.
4) Then the countdown can commence!
5) About six weeks before you travel we will be in touch to get proof of address information for each driver:
We will need 2 forms of proof of address (no more than 3 months old) and a picture of both sides of each drivers driving licence.
Please email these through to admin@camperholiday.co.uk
6) Three and two weeks before your trip - we will access your driver information via the DVLA to ensure that you are still eligible to drive.
7) 2-3 days before you travel we will also ask you to pay the £500 refundable security bond, this is a requirement of our insurance policy.
8) The day of your trip - we will give you a Covid secure tour of the van and then you are off, to fun, freedom and adventure!
9) After your trip - we will release the security bond so long as all Terms & Conditions have been met.
10) We would be extremely grateful if you would share a testimonial and any pictures of your campervan adventure!
