The site is close to the Welsh border and on the edge of the Shropshire Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Surrounded by stunning views and long walks through the picture perfect hills.
Plenty of peace and quiet next to firepits or BBQ's that are available on site.
The Old School Campsite is also home to Creative Outdoors. Which is an outdoor education and activity centre where specialists can provide a package to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for an adrenaline fix, getting in touch with you artistic side or some family fun there is something for everyone.

An unbelievable selection of activities on site which are provided by the Creative Outdoors Centre; on top of all the stunning walks and cycle routes in the surrounding Shropshire Hills.
Clun Castle
This English Herritage Castle is situated on the Welsh Shropshire border and has dramatic views of the river and town from it's position high on a rocky mound.
Berrington Hall
This National Trust Hall has been undergoing some massive restoration projects and is a must see for the History lovers amongst us.
Wigmore Castle
This one time stronghold was dismantled to prevent use during the Civil War but is now a remarkable ruin. Buried up to first floor by fallen masonry and earth but most of its fortifications survive to full height.
Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd
Take a walk across the heathland and enjoy the views across the Shropshire Hills and the Wildlife that thrives there, or simply play in the meandering stream in the bottom of the valley.
Croft Castle and Parkland
Well preserved National trust Castle and family home set in Parkland and with it's own Gardens, Orchards and Glasshouses.
Ludlow Castle
This is one of the finest medieval ruins in England. Set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside in the heart of the black & white market town of Ludlow.
The Castle was once a Norman Fortress before it became a fortified Royal Palace and was originally built to hold back the Welsh.
The Castle is open throughout the year for all to enjoy and is home to Ludlows many festivals.
